Our Story

The Red Dragon Leadership Academy was established with the sole purpose of creating future leaders. Becoming a leader is a process of courage and transformation. Red Dragons are an ancient symbol of passion and positive change.

Our Leadership program offers a fun and dynamic learning environment that empowers our members by building Confidence in Children, Improve Focus for Kids, Discipline for Kids and Teaching Children Respect along with the Physical Fitness for Kids, flexibility and self defense.

Founder: Beau Norgeot trained with the Navy SEALs, studied with the Buddhist monks, and learned from successful businessmen.

Founder: Sara Norgeot is a multiple time All American with an academic background in Child Psychology.
